Online or in-store...shoe fetish? Trouble, trouble. Great deals, cool staff. The online experience keeps me coming back! Love DSW. The CO store location...5 stars is an under statement.

Stock is almost empty. Worker with long hair scowled more than a toddler pitching a two year old fit. No stock and rude, unhappy workers. Meh!

I like this place because you walk around in your house in your new shoes 👞 and if you decide you don't like them after 89 days you can return them with a receipt within 90 days for a full refund just dont wear them outside tho 😉-RSB

After a very disappointing transaction with DICK’s I called and a young lady by the name of Makayleah verified that they had the shoe I wanted in the correct size and put them aside for me. Upon arriving to the store, she could clearly tell that I was the guy looking for the shoes. She was very polite, helpful, and her customer service was top notch. GIVE HER A RAISE!!

Not sure how this places claims to be a "discount" shoe warehouse. Their prices are higher than any retailer. I was told by an employee in the store that they would price match, although they could only price match with another store in town, not amazon. I thought that was great so when I was ready to go in and make my purchase the lady at the counter then advised me they don't price match with other discount stores ( I as trying to get a price match with Famous Footwear) I'm sorry, but isn't DSW already supposedly a discount store? Don't tell people you price match if you don't. I'll take my business elsewhere where I'm not getting gouged from the get-co.
